Manufacturer Installation Recommendations
- Back the bolts out until they are flush with the casting.
- Slide the ground clamp over the ground rod.
- Orient the ground clamp so that the ground rod is to the bolts side of the casting.
- Slide the cable through the other side so that the bolts will press the ground rod against the cable.
- Tighten the bolts to 150-inch pounds.
